I had a minor procedure performed at the surgery and was extremely impressed by the experience. It was very professional, efficient, everything was fully explained. This is such a great service to have available locally through the practice rather than through a hospital.

Excellent care and attention. Dr Bews fully explained both the procedure and after care. Great consideration and kindness was shown to me - thank you.

I walked up to the Parishes Bridge practice in West Byfleet to talk to a receptionist face to face and was seen by a lovely lady called Kim. She really helped me and answered all my questions with a smile. She managed to both get me an appointment for my aged mother and also advised me how I went about getting my mother's hip operation re-instated after my mother cancelled it in error. I had the very best assistance from Kim and it made a stressful situation so much easier - thank you very much for her patience.

I was recently seen by Lisa Blaine, for a cervical screening. She carried this out really well, making me feel comfortable and carrying out the procedure quickly and efficiently. Whilst at the appointment she was kind enough to ask if there was anything else she could help with and carried out an over 40's health check straight away - including taking blood samples in time for results to be with the doctor for an appointment I have on the 20th March. This is especially helpful as I don't drive (for medical reason) and it can be difficult to get to the surgery for my appointments, so I left the surgery really impressed with great service. Thank you!!!

This was once a good practice to be a patient. Not anymore. The steady decline of available appointments, patient care and empathy, friendliness of staff has reached rock bottom.I have no confidence in this surgery after 15 years of being a patient, and will be looking to move to another practice, no matter the distance. The receptionists are rude and appear to lack any knowledge of empathy. Every time I have asked for an appointment over the last few months for my ongoing condition, I have constantly been told to got to the Walk in Centre, I will be seen quicker there. This is a disgrace to the NHS as it stretches the Walk in Centre's already under staffed resources. I took the receptionists advice (if you can call it that) only to be seen by a nurse at the walk in centre who pathetically had to write a note for me to give to the surgery, practically begging to give me an appointment as I need urgent referral to a hospital for treatment. When was it common practice for a receptionist to play God with patients well being ? I can forgive the rudeness if I actually got an appointment ! I would actively advise anybody looking to join this practice to look elsewhere.
